WILD FAMILY ADVENTURE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Information on how to participate and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this “WILD FAMILY ADVENTURE” (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST).
THE PROMOTER
2. The Promotion promoter is The Trustee for TUGGERANONG TOWN CENTRE TRUST TA South.Point Shopping Centre (ABN 26 049 460 243) at Anketell St. &, Reed St N, Greenway ACT 2900 (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Subject to clause 4, this Promotion is only open to residents aged 18 years or over.
4. The following are ineligible to participate: (i) employees of the Promoter or any of the tenants or retailers in South.Point Shopping Centre or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s Promotions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
5. This Promotion commences at 10.00am on 7/4/2026 and ends at 5pm AEST on 18/4/26. (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
6. The Promotion will be conducted at South.Point Shopping Centre, Anketell St. &, Reed St N, Greenway ACT 2900 (“Participating Centre”). the
7. To receive the ‘Major Prize’ in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
(a) Present a South.Point receipt to any value. Collect an entry form from the Concierge
desk and complete the nature themed quiz consisting of 5 questions. The quiz is designed to be completed by children (4yo to 14yo).
(b) Adults (over 18 years of age) must fill all personal details fields on the form.
(c) Only entries with all correct answers will be eligible to enter the competition.
(d) Strictly, one entry per family per day.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
8. An eligible individual may participate once (only) in the promotion, per day, during the Promotion Period subject to and in accordance with the entry requirements.
THE PRIZES
12. Major prize –
• 1X Family pass to Taralga Wildlife Park, 257 Bannaby Rd, Taralga NSW
• 1X BMW (all paid) hire car for the single return trip
• 1X Night’s accommodation at Charlie’s on Church, 33 Church Street Taralga NSW, including breakfast for 4 people
13. For Taralga Wildlife Park(“The Supplier 1” winner may redeem the voucher during normal operating days and hours which are Thursdays to Mondays from 10am to 4pm No prior booking required.
14. BMW hire car collection will be from Canberra BMW, Phillip (“The Supplier 2”).
15. BMW hire will be provided by Canberra BMW, Phillip ACT. The hire is for a single weekend, from 3pm Friday to 10am the following Monday.
16. The BMW collection time is from 3pm on a Friday and the vehicle must be returned before 10am the following Monday
17. Winner must have valid driver’s licence in ACT or NSW.
18. The BMW must only be used to travel to Taralga and back to ACT, after which the vehicle MUST remain in ACT.
19. The BMW model provided for hire will depend on availability. Preferences can be
discussed when arranging collection, however the final model will only be confirmed upon pick up.
20. The Total Prize Pool is valued at $950.00 inclusive of GST.
21. Winner will be drawn at 2pm on Monday 20/4/26 at the Centre Management Office at South.Point.
22. Winner will be notified via phone/email.
23.Prize are not exchangeable for cash.
24.Winner will need to contact Canberra BMW, Phillip to make further arrangements on prize collection.
25.Prize must be collected by winner, in person from Canberra BMW.
26.The BMW hire must be claimed by 31 July 2026.
27.Once the BMW has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and it’s agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any
delay in delivery, loss or damage to, or caused by that prize.
28. Terms & Conditions for Charlie’s On Church (“The Supplier 3”).
a. The prize is valid for one-night stay at Charlie’s on Church, 33 Church Street Taralga NSW.
b. Bookings MUST be made in advance and are not confirmed until written confirmation is received.
c. Blackout dates may apply.
d. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
e. Additional guests beyond the stated,booking/voucher inclusions will be charged at Charlie’s on Church standard rates as per person, per night.
f. The guest is responsible for any incidental expenses or additional services.
g. Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.
29.The Promoter will not make arrangements on behalf of the winner.
30.If for any reason an eligible person does not collect a Prize once contacted by Centre management, the Prize will be redrawn at 2pm on Wednesday 22/4/26 at Centre Management Office, South.Point Shopping Centre.
31.If the Prize is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
GENERAL
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
31.Eligible Individuals consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or the Supplier.
32.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Individuals (including an Eligible Individuals identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the participation process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
33.If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to COVID-19 Government directives, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
34.The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
35.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
36.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or health outcome; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
37.As a condition of accepting the major Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
PRIVACY
38.The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://southpointcanberra.com.au/privacy-and-terms/.
In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
