Lost and Found
All items that are handed in are documented and held by Centre Management for a period of 30 days. If you have lost an item, please call the Customer Service Desk on 02 6293 1000, and they will assist you. We will require a description of all items lost prior to collection.
Perishable food items cannot be held and will be disposed of at the end of each day.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased from the Customer Service Desk located on the ground floor near The Stable Door. Gift cards are available for purchase between $20 and $500, and a $2 surcharge on all gift cards applies.
You can pay via MasterCard, Visa or cash.
Terms and Conditions:
- All gift cards have an expiry date of three years from the time of purchase and cannot be extended
- There is a $2 surcharge applied to all gift card purchases
- The minimum gift card load is $20, and the maximum load is $500 per card
- Gift cards can be used anywhere in the South.Point Shopping Centre that accepts EFTPOS
- Gift cards must be inserted, and the pin must be entered
- Tap and Go payments are not available

- South.Point cannot replace or refund damaged, lost, stolen, or expired gift cards

Equipment Hire
We currently have complimentary electronic mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and pram hire available from the Customer Service Desk.
To avoid disappointment, please call the Customer Service Desk on 02 6293 1000 in advance to book any equipment prior to your visit.
Terms and Conditions:
- Photo ID must be presented, and a signed waiver form completed prior to the hire of any equipment the first time, and every 12 months thereafter
- An equipment condition checklist must be completed every time prior to any equipment hire
- Weight limits apply for both electronic mobility scooters and wheelchairs
- The pram is suitable for children aged 6 months to 4 years of age
