Homemade exfoliate scrub
A homemade scrub is cheap, unique and simple to make.
- All you need is a fine sea salt; this will help exfoliate the skin. You can get this from most grocery stores!
- The next ingredient you need is olive oil. This will act as a moisturiser and will hold the scrub together.
- To really personalize the scrub add an essential oil. Each essential oil has its own beneficial property. Cinnamon essential oil is cooling and calmative in nature. Lavender essential oil is known for its ability to help calm stress and anxiety and to help promote sleep and Peppermint essential oil can help with pain and inflammation.
Homemade detox Face Mask
A homemade face mask is a staple for all spa treatments. To create this easy at home detox face mask you will need just four ingredients. This mask is not only beneficial externally but internally and can help extract impurities.
2 Tablespoons Bentonite Clay
1 Teaspoon Virgin Coconut oil
½ Tablespoon Raw Honey
1 drop of lemon essential oil
