Your wellbeing is our priority

At South.Point Tuggeranong, our customers, retail partners and people’s safety remains our top priority. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of hygiene standards to help you ensure the health and wellbeing of yourself and your loved ones.

Below are just some of the measures in accordance with the Australian health authorities we have put in place to keep you as safe as possible:

– Hand sanitiser dispenser stations at each entry and throughout the Shopping Centre.

-Strict cleaning procedures throughout the Centre with a focus on touchpoints.

-Increased frequency of cleaning services to bathrooms, the parent’s rooms and other high-volume touchpoints.

-Increased awareness with signage reminding customers to exercise physical distancing and personal hygiene.

-Working with retailers to assist with a common theme for physical distancing measures and awareness, while also maintaining quality hygiene standards on trolleys and baskets.

-Encouraging everyone to download and use the Check In CBR app to check-in before entering a business or venue, or before being seated. Check in data is stored securely with ACT Health in the event contact tracing is needed due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the community. To find out more about the Check In CBR app, click here

South.Point Shopping Centre’s food court is also open for dining with physical distancing signage and protocols in place.

How you can help stop the spread

-Personal hygiene – regularly wash your hands and use the sanitiser stations located throughout the Centre for your convenience.

-Practice social distancing – keep at least 1.5m between yourself and others.

-Handling illness safely – cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue. Please reconsider your visit to the Centre and stay at home if you’re feeling unwell.
